Death Of A Loved One

The death of Peter’s Uncle Martin brings up many very important questions of whether people go to heaven when they die. Martin was a Christian and they believe that after one dies they will go to heaven to be with their savior. The Bible does not support this doctrine so this is cause for some concern for Peter and the Truman family, as they want to support the rest of the family during this time of sadness.  The funeral is going to be in one of the largest Churches in town. The Truman’s must stand for the truth of Yahweh.

Peter was crying because his Uncle Martin was very close to him. Martin was his little league baseball coach and his mother’s youngest brother who was only 24 years old.

Mom, “why did he have to die said Peter and will I ever get to see Uncle Martin again?”

Karen, wiping tears from her eyes said to Peter: “Martin was a very good man so that will be up to Almighty Yahweh if he makes it to the Kingdom. The chances are not very good since we did witness the truth to him and Sarah and the rest of the family.”

Peter was astounded by what he was hearing! “What makes people so stubborn?”

Just then the door opened and Samuel Truman walked in with a bouquet of flowers from the neighbors sending condolences.

Samuel walked over and hugged his wife and son to comfort them.

Dad, “why did uncle Martin have to die,” was Peter’s question? Martin had enlisted and had been serving in the US Army in Afghanistan for the past year.

Peter; said his father; “Almighty Yahweh allows us to have free will and your brave uncle chose to serve his country of which we are very proud of him. We have chosen to serve Almighty Yahweh 1st and everything else second and your mothers family are Christian and they believe differently than we do.” The bible teaches us that the kingdom is coming to this earth. Rev. 21:1-5    1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth are passed away; and the sea is no more.  2 And I saw the holy city, the New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from Yahweh, made ready as a bride adorned for her husband.  3 And I heard a great voice out of the throne saying, Behold, the tabernacle of Yahweh is with men, and he shall dwell with them, and they shall be his peoples, and Yahweh himself shall be with them, and be their Elohim:  4 and he shall wipe away every tear from their eyes; and death shall be no more; neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain, any more: the first things are passed away. 5 And he that sits on the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he says, write: for these words are faithful and true.

“Peter the bible teaches resurrection of the just and the unjust and judgment being meted out to them by the Savior Yahshua the Messiah. If their names are written in the book of life then they go on into the kingdom but if not they go into the lake of fire know as Gehenna.”

Peter said, “uncle Martin was a good man I know Father Yahweh, will have mercy on him.”

Samuel responded, “he was over the age of accountability, which is 20 and he should have chosen Yahshua over Jesus as his Savior.”

Peter said, “Dad, aren’t they the same people?”

Samuel stated; ”Peter the bible teaches there is one name under heaven by which we must be saved and that is Yahshua.” Acts 4:10-12

Christians look at the Bible from a Christian perspective and not a Hebrew one, our Messiah was a Jew and Salvation is from the Jews. John 4:22 our savior Yahshua the Messiah also said in Matt: 5:5 “Blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the earth.”

The Kingdom of our Heavenly Father is coming to this earth and that is a fact that the scriptures do teach. The white throne judgment of Rev. 20:11-15 shows us that the dead will be resurrected, to be judged according to their works. 11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat upon it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.  12 And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne; and books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of the things which were written in the books, according to their works.  13 And the sea gave up the dead that were in it; and death and the grave gave up the dead that were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.  14 And death and the grave were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death, even the lake of fire.  15 And if any was not found written in the book of life, he was cast into the lake of fire.

Do we believe what the Bible teaches or the fables of man that is the question? Peter is truly upset by what has taken place with the death of his beloved uncle.
