[ March/April Newsletter ]

Greetings Brethren, Almighty Yahweh is working in the lives of His people today. Almighty Yahweh is blessing His people with the renewal of the covenant as we seek to do every spring. Did you choose Yahshua as your Passover lamb? The world has chosen the Queen of heaven and are celebrating Easter the worship of the fertility mighty one of the spring. We who are Yahweh's should distance ourselves from such paganism as the Easter celebration. We know that the Passover is commanded to be kept in the scriptures every spring after the green ears have been declared. We as commandment keeping people have kept the Passover as commanded by our heavenly Father. I hope each of you had a blessed Passover and feast of unleavened bread.

Passover, A Time Of Sacrifice

The time for remembering the death of our savior Yahshua has come as it does every spring. Did you choose the right Passover lamb as many kept the wrong new moon this year and the wrong day for Passover and the feast of unleavened bread? We had 20 sightings of the new moon on the 20th in Malawi. We kept the Passover on the 3rd of April and the High day on the 4th making the weekly Sabbath the High Sabbath as well. Everyone wants to be correct in their obedience to Almighty Yahweh but if you lack understanding in how to count, understanding that the months only have 29 or 30 days. It may be necessary to do some more studying on the topic of the new moons. In Egypt the death angel took the lives of all the 1st born of Egypt and their cattle because they did not have the blood of the lamb on their door post. Israel was spared because they had the blood covering. Do you have the blood of Yahshua as your covering brethren? We know that if we are faithful we shall overcome the grave in victory over death. Yahshua is our example who rose from the dead to have victory over sin and death and the grave. It was His Passover sacrifice that gave us an opportunity at life everlasting. What does it mean to have Yahshua as our Passover lamb? Christians don't keep the Passover therefore they miss out on the true meaning of Yahshua's sacrifice. He died for our sins which as a sin free sacrifice he showed love in its highest form. The blood of the covenant is embodied in the sacrifice of our savior Yahshua which must be accepted by everyone who enters into the covenant.

Many people trample underfoot the blood of Yahshua by taking His sacrifice for granted and returning to a life of sin after they have entered into a covenant relationship with Almighty Yahweh. We cannot go back once we have committed our lives to Him. The struggle is real brethren as we draw ourselves closer to Yahweh the devil is going to put more pressure on you to give up. Our walk with Almighty Yahweh in the covenant relationship is strengthen and secured by the blood of Yahshua. Each day we must study the word of Yahweh to show ourselves approved by Him as we live an overcoming life. Yahshua gave us an example of how we could do this faithfully. In Eph. 5:1-5 we read: "Be you therefore imitators of Yahweh, as beloved children; 2 and walk in love, even as the Messiah also loved you, and gave himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to Yahweh for an odor of a sweet smell. 3 But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not even be named among you, as become saints; 4 nor filthiness, nor foolish talking, or jesting, which are not befitting: but rather giving of thanks. 5 For this you know of a surety, that no fornicator, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, has any inheritance in the kingdom of Messiah and Yahweh." He tells us to not even to let these works of the flesh be named among us who are called saints. How are you walking before father Yahweh makes all the difference in the world when it comes to our example? Yahshua did no sin and we must live an overcoming life without sin as well. Since idolaters have no part in the kingdom of Yahweh, Israel of old who followed the Baal worship of their neighbors will be destroyed. We must remember the sacrifice of Yahshua and be faithful to our father Yahweh by accepting that great sacrifice. The true lamb of Yahweh, our true Passover lamb died for our sins but not the premeditated sins that we commit.

The sacrifice of Yahshua is complete and cleanses all of our sins if we are truly repentant. Almighty Yahweh knows all of what is in our hearts. We think that we know ourselves more than Yahweh but He tells us in Jer. 17:9 states: That the heart of man is deceitfully wicked. Most of us have deceived ourselves into thinking that we are alright, that we are righteous. Almighty Yahweh determines who is righteous and who is not by who is keeping His commandments. Do you make excuses as to why you aren't keeping all of the tenants of the Torah? In 1 Samuel 15:20 Saul said to Samuel; "yes I have obeyed the voice of Yahweh, and gone the way which Yahweh sent me, and have brought Agag the king of Amelek, and have utterly destroyed the Amalekites." In 1 Samuel 15:3 Yahweh commanded Saul to go and strike Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but kill both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass. Not only did he spare the king but he keep the best of the sheep and oxen, and of the fatlings, and the lambs, and all that was good. Do we like Saul justify our lack of obedience by keeping most of the law but not being faithful to 100% of the commandments? We must do all of the law of Yahweh and not put ourselves in a compromising position accepting the direction of the devil. Satan wants us to sin and be destroyed having one less to give praises to Yahweh. This Passover was a time of sacrifice and obedience to the law of Yahweh. We kept the Passover on the right day at the right time giving all glory to Almighty Yahweh. Brethren we must live by every word that comes from the mouth of Yahweh.

In the USA we came together in Manheim, Pa. to keep the Passover Memorial and the Feast of Unleavened Bread. We were blessed to have brethren from the Bahamas join us for services. Brethren from Trinidad, California, Louisiana, Minnesota, Michigan and Virginia joined us by way of the phone conference and internet. We spent each day worshiping Almighty Yahweh either in services or in bible studies. We fulfilled the commandment to come before Almighty Yahweh during the feast of unleavened bread.

Shalom Brother Robert.

I hope you all had a great feast there. We too have successfully completed the Passover and the days of unleavened bread here in Kenya. The feast was observed in six different centers, namely Limuru, Getumo in Kisii, Sogoo, Berea, Saoset and Ngopen in the Bomet region. At Limuru, twenty brethren gathered for Yahshua's memorial, Nine at Getumo, ten at Ngopen, another ten at Berea, Sogoo had nine and at Saoset eleven brethren were present. Therefore the total number of the brethren at Yahshua's memorial here in Kenya is about seventy. I had traveled with elder Edward to Kisii where we spent three days teaching the brethren whereby we also met two new contacts, a pastor Pious and Geoffrey and later returned to Limuru to join the brethren who were mourning the death of a beloved brother Jonathan Kivare who happened to pass during the feast days at a local hospital. May Yahweh rest his soul in peace? Despite of the sad news, the brethren were enlightened and we had some memorable moments as many people from the neighborhood attended the feast. They were taught the true and narrow way of salvation in Yahshua's name. Also the subject of the Passover & FUB was taught in contrast with the pagan Easter holidays. Here we were also consoled when the flock of Yahweh was added to when a sister was immersed in the name of Yahshua the messiah.

We thank Yahweh for the many blessings, strength and comfort He bestowed to us during the hard times. Also we say thank you for your prayers and support.

Attached are some pictures.

Yahweh bless you.

We lost a brother during the feast beloved brother Jonathan Kivare who happened to pass during the feast days at a local hospital. So it is with heavy hearts we come before Almighty Yahweh rejoicing because of the love which Yahweh has shown us.

Shalom Elder Robert,

Greetings in the Name of Yahweh and of His Son Yahshua our soon coming King. As I mentioned to you in our past meetings, this year the Passover memorial and FUB in Malawi took place in 3 areas namely; Chirimba in Blantyre city, Mtonda Primary school in Namakoka in Zomba district and Mndaka Primary school in Mnchinji district. Just a day before the Passover memorial, I received a phone call from bro. Allan Bozinayi in Mnchinji informing me that brethren in Mnchinji assemblies had subsequently discussed and agreed to send Allan to Namakoka in Zomba to be with us during the Passover memorial service and the entire period of FUB so that he would see, interact with brethren from other assemblies and learn how we, in YPTC keep these sacred convocations. We consented to that idea, so Allan entrusted all the feast program in Mnchinji to fellow leaders, Yembekezani, Kalinde and Madalitso Ching'oma, then he left Mnchinji for Namakoka in Zomba for the Passover memorial and FUB.

The brethren from various YPTC groups in Zomba and Phalombe assembled at Mtonda Primary School on Thursday, 2nd April at around 4:00pm, about 2 and half hours before sunset and the beginning of Passover memorial service. I spent about an hour leading a bible study entitled 'who are eligible to participate in the breaking of bread and drinking from the cup of the covenant'. We saw that only those who made the covenant with Yahweh and Yahshua through water baptism in the Name of Yahshua and have the holy spirit of Yahweh empowering their lives, are the ones to take part in the breaking of bread and drinking from the Cup of the blood of the covenant. The bible study led everybody into an inner soul searching moment as we all pondered about renewing our covenant with Yahweh and Yahshua. Five sisters and two brothers were pricked in their hearts and asked to be baptized. Bro. Rodson Phodogoma and I baptized them, Bro. Allan from Mnchinji who had only been baptized in the congregation of Yahweh organization many years ago, also asked to be baptized again in the name of Yahshua to enter the covenant with Yahweh and Yahshua; and to fully come into fellowship with YPTC family and to walk in the faith. So, we baptized him. After the baptism we returned to the school. Then we anointed with oil all those who were baptized and laid hands on them and prayed for them to receive the holy spirit.

In the evening we had the Passover memorial service. I shared how the Passover was first instituted amongst the Israelites community in Egypt, how their first born children and animals were passed over and how Yahweh delivered them that night from the Egyptian bondage. Also we saw what Yahshua and His community of 12 disciples did at His last Passover meal the night before He was betrayed to be impaled on the tree, in whose blood our sins are covered. Then we washed each other's feet, we broke and ate the unleavened Bread together, we drank from the cup of the blood of the covenant, we sang and prayed to Yahweh to guide, strengthen, teach and comfort us by His holy spirit as we are watching for the soon coming King of Glory, Yahshua. Throughout the FUB period we based our Bible studies on an integral topic 'LOVE' as stipulated in the Torah, prophets, psalms, evangels and epistles. We discussed how almighty Yahweh is commanding us to constantly, regularly and diligently love Him with all our hearts, soul, mind and strength. We saw that Almighty Father Yahweh requires us to lovingly offer ourselves to Him regardless of our situation. We must be different from Israel of the old who had agreed to love Yahweh but they quickly turned their hearts away from Him whenever they faced a tough situation of either hunger or thirst. They gave themselves up to too much grumbling and to worshipping the mighty ones of other nations instead of trusting and loving Yahweh who delivered them from the wicked hand of Pharaoh.

So, they did not enter the Promised Land, they perished in the desert, only their children and Caleb under the leadership of Yahshua, Moses servant entered the Land of Canaan. We must with all our heart, and with all our soul and with all our mind and with all our strength, we cannot break His Laws. Instead, we delight in keeping His Covenant Laws. Keeping Yahweh's Laws becomes a great joy regardless of our situation. We must be different from those who do not know and love Yahweh and Yahshua, those who delight in breaking Yahweh's Commandments. We also discussed Yahweh's Commandment to us to love others as we love ourselves. We saw that Almighty Father Yahweh commands us that we must love one another as brethren in Covenant with Yahweh and as fellow heirs of His promises of Glory. The love in us is from Yahweh Himself who first loved us while we were still sinners and people without any hope of His Kingdom of Glory. Therefore, Yahshua commands us to love not only our brethren and friends but also those who hate us and always want to damage us maliciously. In this way, we practice and manifest our Father's love to everybody in the part of the World we live in. We become the light and salt of the World. Our Almighty Father Yahweh requires us to show people around us the life of the forthcoming Kingdom life of Love, peace, Joy and Holiness. We also observed the two High Day Sabbaths and discussed their significance. I travelled back to Blantyre to observe the 1st High Day Sabbath with the brethren in Blantyre as they requested, and I returned to the Feast in Namakoka on the Sunday of the FUB period. The Passover memorial and FUB period also gave our brethren whose houses were washed away by floods and are still staying in tents together with other victims at Mtonda Primary School, a great opportunity to interact and fellowship with the body of fellow brethren from other YPTC assemblies. Special prayers were also offered to Yahweh on behalf of these homeless brethren. We give honor and glory to Yahweh for the great time of fellowship and ministry He gave us from the day of the Passover Memorial Service throughout the whole period of the Feast of Unleavened Bread. And to you, our brethren in U.S.A, we whole heartedly say 'thank you for all your love, prayers and support'. Almighty Father Yahweh bless you all. much love to you.

Eyes on Israel

Shalom Brethren

"Then Moses summoned all the elders of Israel and said to them, "Go at once and select the animals for your families and slaughter the Passover lamb." (Exodus 12:21) Although the Biblical festival of Passover (called Pesach פסח in Hebrew) begins tomorrow night, a very special day on the Hebrew calendar, Abib 14, starts tonight. Tonight Passover Eve begins, and on this day is Ta'anit Bechorot (Fast of the Firstborn). On Abib 14, Jewish firstborn fast in remembrance of the salvation of the firstborn in Egypt through the blood of the Passover lambs that were slain on this same day.

Passover Plague of the Firstborn: Celebration of Mercy

All firstborns were spared during the last of the Ten Plagues upon Egypt—the Plague of the Firstborn. After the blood of the Passover lamb was placed on Jewish and even Egyptian doorposts, the angel of death passed over the homes that were marked with it. But in homes all throughout Egypt not marked with the blood, whether Jewish or Egyptian, the firstborn perished. To commemorate this merciful act of Yahweh in providing a way of salvation, Jewish firstborns traditionally fast on Abib 14, which begins at sunset tonight and ends at sunset tomorrow. The fast, however begins at dawn tomorrow and usually ends at the completion of the Torah reading in the morning.

Passover Seder: The Symbolism of a New Covenant

"When you come to the land which Yahweh will give you, as He has promised, you are to observe this ceremony. When your children ask you, 'What do you mean by this ceremony?' say, 'it is the sacrifice of Yahweh's Pesach [Passover], because Yahweh passed over the houses of the people of Israel in Egypt, when he killed the Egyptians but spared our houses.'" (Exodus 12:25–27)

Passover begins Thursday (April 2, 2015) at sundown. All around the world, Jewish people (and many Gentiles) will celebrated it with a traditional meal called a Seder. At this festive meal, the story of our exodus from Egypt is retold, reminding every generation of how Yahweh delivered us from Egypt with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm. It is thought that Yahshua might have gathered His talmidim (disciples) tonight, on the evening of Abib 14, at the Upper Room in order to have the traditional meal with them—His last Seder. Yet, this night He would reveal something remarkable.

A Passover Seder

Yahshua broke a piece of matzah, perhaps the afikomen (the broken half-matzah, which speaks of the Messianic Era, that is wrapped and hidden away to be found) and asked His talmidim to remember Him when partaking of it according to tradition each year.

"This is My body which is given for you; do this in remembrance of Me." (Luke 22:19; 1 Corinthians 11:24) Yahshua initiated the New Covenant that Jeremiah prophesied (Jeremiah 31:31) by raising one of the traditional cups of wine, likely the Cup of Redemption, saying: "This cup which is poured out for you is the new covenant in My blood." (Luke 22:20; 1 Corinthians 11:25)

Eyes on Israel
Round matzah and the four cups of Passover

This cup that Yahshua shared during the Seder corresponds to the third cup of wine that is drunk at the traditional Seder meal. The four cups of wine at a Seder are not a Biblical command; they were instituted by rabbinic law. Interestingly enough, Yahshua kept the tradition.

The third cup is called the Redemption Cup because it signifies the redemption from slavery in Egypt into freedom in Israel.

Likewise, it symbolizes the redemption of our souls from the bondage of sin and spiritual death. "Messiah is the mediator of a new covenant, that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance—now that He has died as a ransom to set them free from the sins committed under the first covenant." (Hebrews 9:15)

The Blood Moon of Passover

"Then Elohim said, 'Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens to separate the day from the night, and let them be for signs and for seasons and for days and years.'" (Genesis 1:14)

On Saturday night (April 4), a rare celestial occurrence coincides with Passover and Firstfruits, which is the first day of the Jewish practice of Counting the Omer.

On Abib 16, the high priest would wave a sheaf (omer) of barley from the first ripened crop. He waved it in front of the Yahweh to signify the first day of the 50-day countdown to the Feast of Shavuot (Pentecost).
At the end of the Sabbath, Yahshua rose from the grave, signifying the beginning of a 50-day spiritual countdown to the outpouring of the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit).

On Saturday night, the sky will once again glow red with the third full lunar eclipse of the Blood Moon Tetrad. This tetrad, a series of four lunar eclipses with no partial eclipses between, coincides with Passover and Sukkot in 2014 and 2015..

Eyes on Israel

Some refer to a full lunar eclipse as a blood moon because the moon appears red in color. That red is the reflection of the sum of simultaneous sunrises and sunsets on the Earth.

And just a couple of weeks ago, on the first day of the month of Abib, which is the month of Passover, an exceedingly rare full solar eclipse occurred (so rare in fact that it has never occurred before in human history).
This phenomenon of a full solar eclipse combined with a blood moon is connected with end-time Scriptures from the Book of Joel:

"And I will show wonders in the heavens and in the earth: blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of Yahweh comes." (Joel 2:30–31)
Making this year's Blood Moons even more special is the fact that they occur during the Shemitah (Sabbatical) year for Israel when the land must rest from planting and harvesting.

Blood Moon Tetrads over the last 500 years have happened in times of significant events for Israel and the Jewish People

.The Blood Moon Tetrad of 1493–1494 occurred just after an Edict of Expulsion issued by King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella on March 31, 1492, that ordered the Jews of Spain to leave the country by the last day of July. That day was one day before Tisha B'Av—the commemoration day of the destruction of both Holy Temples in Jerusalem. Of course, 1492 marked Columbus' discovery of America, which led to the founding of a safe haven not only for the exiled Jews of Spain, but for persecuted Jewish people around the globe.

The Blood Moon Tetrad of 1949–1950 marked a new era of independence for the reborn Jewish nation that the United Nations approved in 1948. In 1949, Israel won the War of Independence, signing armistice agreements with several Arab nations that had attacked the fledgling nation. This was Israel's costliest war with over 6,000 Israelis killed and 15,000 wounded in the initial battle for Israel's survival.

The Blood Moon Tetrad of 1967–1968 coincided with the historic 1967 Six Day War, in which the Israelis reunited the divided city of Jerusalem, as well as the West Bank, the Golan Heights and the Sinai in a dramatic military victory.
Some Biblical scholars are predicting that the Blood Moon Tetrad in this year of Shemitah may even be a sign of a soon-coming end-time climax of the ages! Let us be in prayer!

Passover Offering: Freedom from the Kingdom of Darkness
"Give thanks to Yahweh, for He is good…. to Him who struck down the firstborn of Egypt… and brought Israel out from among them … with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm; His love endures forever." (Psalm 136:10–12)
Passover is not only a great celebration of freedom and deliverance for the Jewish people; it is also the foundation of the true faith.

In Temple times, the Passover lambs were slaughtered during the day of Abib 14, which starts tonight and ends tomorrow night, when the feast begins. At the same time they were being slaughtered, Yahshua was slain as the Passover Lamb of Yahweh so that we could be set free from the bondage of sin and redeemed from the power of the Kingdom of darkness.

For that reason, it is not only the Israelites who rejoice at being rescued from slavery or the firstborn who celebrate their escape from death.

Those of us who have received forgiveness through the atoning work of the Jewish Messiah may also celebrate our freedom and redemption because of events that fulfilled Bible prophecy on the 14th of Abib and at Passover. "For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Messiah Yahshua from the law of sin and death." (Romans 8:2)

The Israelites Eat the Passover

Passover, the time when we remember Yahweh's deliverance of the Jewish People, has arrived. Sadly, as the Jewish People consider during the Passover Seder the salvation of the Israelites—remembering the lamb's blood that was placed upon the door— few will understand that Passover itself is a prophetic picture of the deliverance that Yahshua HaMashiach (Yahshua the Messiah), our Passover Lamb, accomplished for the Jewish People and the nations. You can make a difference on this Passover by praying for the salvation of the Jewish People and by helping Bibles for Israel bring the Good News to the Holy Land.

"This is the covenant I will make with them after that time, says Yahweh. I will put my laws in their hearts, and I will write them on their minds." (Hebrews 10:16)

Looking Ahead to the Next New Moon:The new moon for the 4th scriptural month should be visible the evening of Wednesday, June 17, 2015. So watch.

In Genesis 1:14-18 we see the significance of the heavenly bodies. "Then Elohim said, 'Let there be lights in the firmament of the heavens to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs and seasons, and for days and years; and let them be for lights in the firmament of the heavens to give light on the earth;' and it was so. Then Elohim made two great lights: the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night. He made the stars also. Elohim set them in the firmament of the heavens to give light on the earth, 18 and to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness. And Elohim saw that it was good." (NKJV)

Be sure to look for this new moon and report your findings to us by calling 717-383-6975.

We are commanded to pray for the sick among us in James 5:13-15 13"Is any among you suffering? Let him pray. Is any cheerful? Let him sing praise. 14 Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of Yahweh: 15and the prayer of faith shall save him that is sick, and Yahweh shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, it shall be forgiven him. Let us pray for these people who have a petition before Almighty Yahweh.
