1 Kings 10:23-24 King Solomon was greater in riches and wisdom than all the other kings of the earth. The whole world sought audience with Solomon to hear the wisdom Elohim had put in his heart. Yahweh blessed Solomon with wisdom and understanding that exceeded every other man on the earth. Despite this, Solomon turned from Yahweh. He did not remain faithful to Him. As you increase your own knowledge, wisdom and understanding, remember Solomon. Remember that the most important benefit of increased wisdom is that it improves your relationship with Yahweh. Wisdom improves your understanding of Yahweh’s will and helps you to implement His will in your life. Wisdom must be at the core of your every action. Solomon forgot Yahweh and obviously forgot the wisdom that Yahweh blessed him with. He allowed relationships and personal weaknesses to cloud his judgment. He turned from the path that David, his father, had walked. As you increase your own wisdom through personal studies and through acquiring knowledge from various sources, remain true to Yahweh. Do not defect from the teachings you learned when you were a babe in Messiah. Build on that knowledge and establish the type of wisdom that cements your relationship with our Heavenly Father.
