DAILY DEVOTIONAL FOR DECEMBER 3, 2019

12/3/2019 John 14:23-24 Yahshua replied, “If anyone loves me, he will obey my teaching. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him. He who does not love me will not obey my teaching. These words you hear are not my own; they belong to the Father who sent me. Yahshua was clear in teaching that His followers are those who adhere to His commands and those commands are not His. They were not new. They are the same commands Yahweh gave to Israel some 2,500 years before Him. If one claims to love Yahshua, he keeps His words. Those words are conveniently recorded for us today in the 4 evangels, Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. If one reads, studies and applies these words, He will learn all that is necessary to show His love for the Messiah. How well do you know these teachings? Do you regularly study them? Do you apply them? Begin to study Yahshua and His teaching by regularly reading through the evangels. They provide a necessary foundation about our Savior that is indispensable to understanding who is was and what He stood for. This will show your love for the Messiah.
