DAILY DEVOTIONAL FOR JANUARY 13, 2019
Hear my cry, O Elohim; listen to my prayer. From the ends of the earth I call to you, I call as my heart grows faint; lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the foe. I long to dwell in your tabernacle forever and take refuge in the shelter of your wings. Ps 61:1-4
We all know there is power in prayer, but do we take the time to pray every day? Daniel prayed a sincere, dedicated prayer three times each day. While most of us give thanks for our daily food before each meal, do you acknowledge the power and greatness of Yahweh? Do you turn to Him for every overwhelming situation you face? Yahweh is our sanctuary, our haven of rest. It is a comfort to know that we have a source of strength that will not fail us. Let this be your comfort throughout the day every day.
