Daily Devotional for September 22, 2020
The good man brings good things out of the good stored up in him, and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in him. But I tell you that men will have to give account on the day of judgment for every careless word they have spoken. For by your words you will be acquitted, and by your words you will be condemned.” Matt 12:35-37
Acknowledge your faults, flaws and, most of all, confess your sins. They are known to Yahweh our Father, who sees all. He will hold you accountable for all that you say, do, and even think—both good and bad. Nothing can be hidden, not even those words that seem on the surface to be so insignificant—words that are frequently whispered in private. Yahweh hears and knows all. Make today a day of honesty and integrity for yourself and those you interact with. Yahweh will bless you for it.
