Shabbat Shalom
He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.” Mark 16:15-16
Have you been immersed into the Name of our Savior Yahshua? Have you lived up to the terms of the covenant agreement that your immersion involve? Have you maintained your faith in Yahweh and in His Messiah, Yahshua?
Baptism often becomes a trend among the religious. It becomes the thing to do with little or no regard for its importance. Frequently, it is requested after an “altar call” at a worship service, when the individual has little knowledge of the step he or she is taking. But baptism is more valuable and significant than that. It should be a life changing experience that increases our faith in Yahweh and in His Word and ways. It should cause the believer, note the term, to take on the character promoted in the Bible.
If you have been immersed into Yahshua’s Name, take the time to appreciate what is required of you. If you have not been immersed (and we know that it is important for your immersion to be in that name and not in any other), contact us for more information. In either case, now is the time to increase your belief in Yahshua and what He stood for—right living on a daily basis.
