Andrew, Simon Peter’s brother, was one of the two who heard what John had said and who had followed Yahshua. The first thing Andrew did was to find his brother Simon and tell him, “We have found the Messiah” (that is, the Anointed). John 1:40-41
Just as Andrew, just as Peter, we have found the true Messiah — Yahweh’s true anointed one. He is different from the Savior described by most in the Western world. He was a Law keeper. He observed the Sabbath and Feast days. He observed the clean food laws. He understood the Law of Yahweh and used it as a guide in His life.
You have been blessed to know Him. But do you appreciate knowing Him? Do you seek daily to have a better understanding of His views? A good place to read a summary of this remarkable man is found in the sermon on the mount. Reread Matthew 5-7. You can see the type of dedication this man had to living according to every word that proceeds out of the mouth of Yahweh. He clearly shows that we must go beyond a literal obedience. We must avoid even thoughts of disobedience. Use Yahshua as your example and you will be showing your appreciation for Yahweh leading you to Him.
