Daily Devotional for July 06, 2021
The fruit of righteousness will be peace;
the effect of righteousness will be quietness and confidence forever. Isaiah 32:17
People are always looking for peace. Sometimes they find it, sometimes they don’t. When they do finally find it, it doesn’t last long due to the headaches of everyday living. While righteousness is the keeping of Yahweh’s commandments (Duet.6:25) it will always strive to achieve and maintain peace. A peace that passes all understanding is what we are promised by Yahshua the Messiah. Quietness and assurance are the by product of righteousness. Quietness in our hearts and minds and the assurance that we are in right standing with Yahweh most High. “Dear friends, if our hearts do not condemn us, we have confidence before Yahweh and receive from Him anything we ask, because we obey His commands and do what pleases Him. (1John 3:21-22)
