Then I acknowledged my sin to you and did not cover up my iniquity. I said, “I will confess my transgressions to Yahweh” and you forgave the guilt of my sin. Ps 32:5
We are in the time right before the Passover and Feast of Unleavened bread. The days are given to us to look into the mirror of the Torah. This is a time of deep introspection as the days before the day of Atonement. It is a time when we are required to take stock of who and where we are in our lives as they relate to spiritual people. Now is the time to honestly look at yourself and admit your sins and transgressions. Complete absolution of all sins is possible as we confess our sins before we come to partake the body and blood of our savior. However, the first step is to confess your sins. Take time today and each day in this time leading up to the Passover to take an honest look at yourself. Do so as if you are viewing yourself through Yahweh’s eyes. If you do this sincerely, Yahweh will forgive all your sins and your relationship with Him will become stronger and deeper than you could have ever imagined. Remember we don’t want to partake in an unworthy manner so start your spiritual house cleaning today.
