For Yahweh is righteous, he loves justice; upright men will see his face. Ps 11:7
Righteousness is the keeping of the laws, statutes, and ordinances of Yahweh. David reminds us that righteousness is exactly what Yahweh loves. He respects and enjoys the company of those who live and perform righteous acts in their lives.
