DAILY DEVOTIONAL FOR MARCH 28, 2020
SHABBAT SHALOM
Eph.4:1-7 (NRSV)
4 I therefore, the prisoner in Yahweh, beg you to lead a life worthy of the calling to which you have been called, 2 with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, 3 making every effort to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. 4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to the one hope of your calling, 5 one Master, one faith, one baptism, 6 one El and Father of all, who is above all and through all and in all.
7 But each of us was given grace according to the measure of Messiah.
Yahshua has given us grace through His life and He has given us life through His death but each of us must be living a life worthy of the calling to which we have been called. Are you a part of the one body, having that one spirit that He gives to them that obey? The one Master Yahshua, the one faith that is spoken of in Rev. 14:12, the one baptism spoken of in Rom. 6 and the one El and Father of all, Yahweh who has given us His son for our salvation. Think about your commitment to Yahweh and what He has done in your life and ask yourself am I in the unity of the faith with Yahshua, keeping the commandments of Yahweh every day.
