DAILY DEVOTIONAL FOR AUGUST 25, 2020
1 I love Yahweh, because he hears my voice and my supplications.2 Because he has inclined his ear to me, therefore will I call upon him as long as I live. 3 The cords of death compassed me, and the pains of Sheol got hold upon me: I found trouble and sorrow. 4 Then called I upon the name of Yahweh: O Yahweh, I plead you, deliver my soul. 5 Gracious is Yahweh, and righteous; Yes, our Elohim is merciful. Ps.116:1-5
Do you love Yahweh as the psalmist declares here in this verse? Does He hear your prayers? Almighty Yahweh doesn’t hear the prayers of sinners but He hears the repentant sinner’s prayer. Prov. 15:8,29 Regardless of what is going on in your life do you praise the name of Yahweh? We who love Yahweh will do whatever He requires of us such as keeping the feast of Yahweh. Are you willing and obedient when it comes to keeping the commandments of Yahweh. We know Yahweh is merciful to all those who love Him. So show Him how much you love Him by keeping His covenant today.
